Name, email, phone, approximate player age, skating level, availability, free-form message and any information you choose to include through the form, email or WhatsApp.

We use the data to answer information requests, suggest groups and schedules, manage trial sessions or training, respond to club communications and maintain a sporting or informational relationship with interested families.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form or writing to us, and our legitimate interest in answering the request you initiated. If you later join the club, additional contractual, sporting or administrative obligations may apply.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to respond to and manage the request. If there is no continuity, data will be reviewed or deleted when no longer necessary.

Recipients and tools

Messages may be handled through email, WhatsApp and technical hosting or form-delivery tools. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by writing to info@urolokihl.com. You may also withdraw consent where applicable.

Children

If the contact includes data about minors, it should be made by a parent, guardian or authorised person. We ask only for the data needed to guide the trial or activity.
